COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Medium hopped with malt and wheat character, a smooth fruity balance and soft creamy head. Mild fruity esters and a soft wheat flavor are the major characteristics of this beer. It is light and crisp with just enough hops to balance and round out the sweetness of the malt and wheat.

[1093-20080216] Tap @ Pike brewpub (Seattle, WA). Yeasty bread aroma with a hint of sweet spice. Clear, orange light red body with a quick foamy white head. More yeasty bread in the flavour with a bit of sweet alcohol. Light medium body. Nice, uneventful.

en pike brewery con sici, parte de un sampler de siete birrias. pike’s market es increible, las patas de king crab inmensas. se come bien en seattle. esta talvez fue la mejor despues de la tandem y la extra stout. suave y me gusto mas la pyramid

More of a Berlin style as opposed to a Munich style wheat. Clear gold color, and thin white head. Lighter tan most wheats, with an almost delicate wheat palate. Nice mild hop profile and citrus finish.

Draught sample. Has more of an American wheat profile. Good wheaty aroma with bit of yeasty tang and mild citrus. Hazy amber with thin lacing head. Medium-light body with heavy carbonation. Starts with tangy wheat, mild citrus notes and dusty grain. Decent. Light hoppy finish, kind of dry, with dry acidic after.
