COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We combined two styles to make a great drinkable, refreshing, and deceptive beer. It has a strong Belgian fruity profile and is dry-hopped on the way to the tap.

Sampler at Brewers Rendezvous. pours a fluffy white, well retained white head over a hazy, yellow (SRM 3) body......nose is sweet malts with light spice.....taste is light malts, hints of sweetness, finishing with a light bitterness.....mouth feel light of medium, carbonation low. This seemed unbalanced, with malt sweetness dominating the hop bitterness. Other complexity in aroma and flavor were hidden as a consequence. BJCP 6/3/10/4/5

Tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is fruity esters, pils malt, grassy and spicy hops with barnyard yeast notes. Flavor is earthy and barnyard yeast forward with pils malt, medium hops and bitterness, fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.
