Bubblegum, clove, and light citrus aroma. Looks like Bud Light...thinking of swapping it on one those unfortunate souls that won't drink anything else. Fairly sweet to start, then a hint of spiciness before a slight alcohol finish - but not a dry finish. Very light bodied and clean throughout.

On tap at the brewery. Golden yellow and clear appearance with a lacy white head. Aroma of Belgian notes, fruity esters, yeast, herbs and light peppery spice. Similar flavor, medium sweetness, light bitterness and a touch of alcohol. Mild nuances of clove, coriander and citrus zest. Medium to full body, smooth feel with soft carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Color is a pale hazy gold with mellow carbonation and a nice small head. Aroma of yeast, candied fruit and a touch of hop spice. It has a medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor starts beady with Belgian yeast, honey and fruits leaning on banana. After taste is a light bitterness and a bit of hop spice. Overall its an excellent Belgian style brew.

draft. chardonnay-like nose is brash with strong chemicals and alcohol and sugar and white grape fruit esters. flavor is the same, but with it is a punishingly fizzy and sweet, highly-phenolic chardonnay barrel and dishrag grossness. finishes harsh with waxy fruit esters everywhere and a dirty homebrew sweat sock chardonnay character. fffuuuuuuuu.

Pours clear yellow. Light aroma of yeast & a little metal/cardamom. That metal is also a little prevalent on the palate, disguising some stone fruit flavors. Palate is sort of weird- like a weird tart/creaminess? Hard to describe honestly, the palate is just ’off’. I don’t like this one.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2012 On tap @ PPBC. Cloudy yellow orange appearance with an ivory head. Sweet, belgian yeasty, pale malty nose. A touch of bitterness to the yeasty, lightly fruity, belgian blond flavor that’s also lightly spicy.
