We do things our own way in the Rockies. Our beer is no different. Take a nice wheat beer and pour in the hops and you get a distinctive, crisp and bold beer that is sure to impress. This is not your typical wheat beer, its profile is as unique and interesting as well... the Rockies.

Cloudy dark straw with a sticky thin foamy white head. Nose of wheaty banana and a bit of fennel. Flavor brings more of that fennel flavor back with some wheat and a small tone of banana with a little bit of passion fruit on a dry and slightly peppery sweet finish. But the body is a little light.

Cloudy orange-yellow. Lots of spicy clove on the nose with a tangerine & banana hint. Palate is really nice full-bodied and rich but with a nice spice that creates great balance.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma has notes of clove, banana, slight pepper, hints of biscuit, bread, slight honey and sweet white fruits with some peach, pear, slight white grape. Taste is pretty nice with some peach and pear, clove, and banana from the yeast, phenolic pepper and spice come through with a sweet biscuit middle, finishing with a hint of yeast. Pretty decent.

Draft. Pours a hazy lemon hay. Slight foamy white head. Aroma of clove, white bread yeast, banana. Taste is peppery, yeasty, chewy, pleasant bitterness. Bit of malty cereal. Definitely more hop-forward than I would expect for the style. A bit heavy for good summer drinking.

On tap at the brewery. Color is a hazy orange yellow with good carbonation and a thick tight head. Aroma is yeast, citrus and a bit of banana. It has a lighter medium body that gives a creamy mouth feel. Flavor comes in with a creamy wheat taste that has a nice lemon note, then the yeast shows with a nice banana taste and a little hops that give an easy bitterness lingering on the end. Overall its a nice Hefe.
