4.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is the 2015 PPBC international brew day beer, this year is a tart red IPA, from the tap the aroma is a little sour citrus notes a little bitter cherry, the taste is not overly hoppy slight sour notes. The pour is cloudy, brown with a white head. Overall a very pleasant beer, great entry level sour beer.
Learned this beer uses the Devils Head Red Ale as the base then add a sour mash.
