COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

bottle from Hyperboissons Dijon, labelled Bière de Printemps. Murky golden colour, small, quickly collapsing white head. Spicy nose. Malty start, then hints of spices and aromatic hops. Easy-going, light-bodied, despite the spices almost refreshingly light.

Hazy light golden body with stable small bubbly white head. Light citric aroma, simple pale malts, a bit of hop character in such a light style. Simple, but not too bad. Light sweet, light bitter middle with a more herbal ending. Yeast is clean, which doesn’t help lifting this brew up to its rivals. The citric feel stays and is the most interesting part of this beer. Okay. (33cl bottle from Au Nom De La Bière)

Bottled. A pale golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemon and malt as well as a light touch of spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, wheat, and malt, leading to a dusty finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a dense off-white head leaving laces. Discreetly fruity nose. Medium-bodied with a very soft mouthfeel, sweet malt and fruit. Absolutely no bitterness. Not bad but completely bland and harmless. 070610
