COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Light brown, glowing body with a small off white head. Smells like yeast, sticky fruits, candy (wine gums) and cookie dough. Medium sweet, only a hop bitterness as backup. Sticky and pretty concentrated body. Bit sweet but enugh bubbly bitterness to complement. In the end it’s not much more than a full bodied typical Belgian ale, and certainly can’t surprise me. Sorry. (33cl bottle from Au Nom De La Bière)
