A fizzy, pale yellow beer with a weak white head. A faint malt aroma, not too much else. Taste is dry with an unexpected citrusy hop flavour, a little malt extract flavour in the finish. (Draught - The Stone Garden, Faliraki, Rhodes, Greece).

Just a pale lager. Absolutely nothing out of ordinary. Pleasant carbonation, mild hoops, not soapy and drinkable. Slight bitter aftertaste. Suits local cuisine quite well, if you are bored by retsina.
