Not much to this brew, typical pale lager found all over the world. Clear golden with thin head. Clean flavor, what there is of it, and slight flavor of corn or other adjuncts (the label notes corn, rice and/or oats).

I don’t know why this beer gets such poor ratings. It’s not great, but for what it is it does the job. For a light colored and flavored beer from South America it is a good thirst quencher and is reasonably easy to drink. It doesn’t have a skunky aftertaste and it doesn’t leave your mouth feeling fuzzy. While I wouldn’t choose to drink this beer when other choices are available, it certainly isn’t a bad beer if it is all that is available.
