Draught at Punavuoren Ahven, Helsinki. Colour is hazy golden with thick white head. Aromas and flavours are malts, grain, spices and some hoppiness. Fabulous.

Draught. Golden yellow, hazy. Nose has soft malts, some corn. Subtle hops. A touch of yeast. A bit grainy after a while. Body is rich and soft, medium light bodied. Really enjoyable to drink. Soft, pleasant. A bit dry in the finish. Some hop harshness as well.

Draught@ Hospoda Korbel, Seinäjoki as "Unfiltered Pilsner Urquell"
Quite clear and pale for an unfiltered pils. Aroma has grassy hops, some butter and grainy malt. Flavour is rather grassy with hops and grainy malt. Dry finish. Feels a bit sticky. Smooth, easy to drink and lacks the lager harshness completely. Better than the filtered version (no surprises here) but somehow I expected more.

(Draught @ Pikkulintu, Helsinki) Slightly hazy golden with a small, creamy and lacy head. Buttery nose with grassy-herby hops. Flavor is smoothly malty with herby hops, lots of diacetyl and a long, dry and bitter finish. Very full body for the ABV, soft CO2. A really enjoyable and balanced - even complex pils. Much smoother than the regular Urquell. 4435

091112. Tap at Tuulensuu, Tampere. Pours hazy golden with a medium head. Aroma butter, grass. Slightly buttery sweet taste. Not Bad.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a white head. Aroma of grassy hops, grains and some citrus. Flavour of grainy malts, strong grassy hops, butter and herbs. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and a long bitter, buttery finish. Refreshing. Great stuff.

Pours hazy golden color with a large frothy head. Aroma of fruits, grass, hops and faint butter. Flavour of grass, mild malts, butter and hay. Quite nice.

Draught at Blackdoor, Helsinki. Poured clear golden in color with a fluffy white head. Hay, butter, grainy, some mild grassy hops in aroma but also some yeast and dough on the nose and a bit of ’suffocated cheese-aroma’ appears. Leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Dry, medium body. Grassy and malty bready in taste. Quite malty aftertaste with some mild grassy hops and some sweetness as well.

Pours clear golden with a massive smooth white head. Aroma of grassy hops, grainy malts and hints of fruits. Taste is nicely grassy and smoothly hoppy with some mild buttery and grainy malty notes. Finish is bitter and grassy with some malty notes. Nice, extremely well balanced pilsener.

Draught at Black Door, Helsinki. Cloudy golden yellow with a thick creamy head. Grassy, buttery aroma with grain and malt. Very malty flavour with butter and butterscotch, grassy and bitter hops and some grain. Bitter, dry, hoppy finish. Probably the best pilsener I’ve ever tasted.
