Commercial Description: Dry and naturally sparkling. This cider is light and easy drinking made withe a blend of late variety apples. A great alternative to a summer cooler or beer.
Bottle sample at Black Creek Brews Fest 2007. Very light, clear golden colour. Aroma and flavour of very fresh apples. Crisp body with a slight sweetness off the top of the flavour, followed by a moderately dry finish. Not a bad little cider.
