Nov 8, 2007 [624-20070916] Sample @ Feast of Fields (Hillsburgh, ON). Gingered apple syrup sweet aroma. Clear, dark yellow body with no head. Flavour has super sweet rich apples. Very thick medium body. Very nice and sweet.

Sep 17, 2007 Bottle at Feast of Fields. Rich golden yellow body coats the glass. Big sweet apple aroma (7+). Sweet sugary flavour with rounded sweet apples. Sharp apple seed bite in the finish with a touch of warming alcohol. (7+) Syrupy medium palate. (3+) Pleasant, fairly nice, but fairly simplistic compared to its Quebec cousins.
