COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Missouri mules hauled hundreds of wagons across the West and packed supplies in World Wars I & II. For decades, mules were also the most reliable Ozark farm hands. Like a Missouri mule, you can rely on our handcrafted India Pale Ale. This IPA packs a hop explosion that will not let you down.

The aroma consists of a fusion of a hop explosion--floral and citrus--as well as an unexpected hint of butter, and the appearance is a hazy orange with a small white head. The taste is quite bitter, slightly sour, and slightly sweet; also, the palate combines a medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, and a long bitter finish, which isn’t bad but isn’t the most appetizing for a beer.

Pleasant hop aroma that hints of pine, citrus, and flowers. Sweet maltiness compliments the hop flavor. Hop flavor front is citrus but finishes like pine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A sweet and underattenuated IPA for those who love dextrins and hop resin. You know who you are. Not ideal, however, for float trips and other hot summer events when presumably they hope we will bring these cans along with us. Pours a thick, opaque, dark red-orange color, something like strongly brewed tea. Not much head despite an aggressive pour. Nose of sweet caramel sugar with tinge of fruit punch. Sweet caramel taste and a rough, sticky, resinous bitterness that builds quickly. There is pine, dank weed, and fruit punch in the hop flavor, overridden by the caramel. I thought this sort of IPA had gone out of style. Too sweet, too bitter, and falling short on hop flavor and aroma. On the upside: Improves considerably with some really sharp cheddar cheese. And I like the Missouri pride. But guys, please put the ABV on the packaging. It’s a useful piece of information.

Can. Pours an orangish color with white head. Earthy, caramel, grassy aroma. Hoppy, grassy, piney flavor. A lot better than I was expecting for this Missouri IPA. Pretty nice balanced IPA

Hazy copper pour with an off-white head. Nice pine aroma with a malty backbone. It has a light, somewhat thin body with relatively flat carbonation. The taste is well-balanced with mild bitterness in the finish.

(from can) amber orange. Aroma of grapefruit/pine hops. Flavor is pine, citrus, pineapple, hops bitterness with decent malt backbone.

The beer pours an orange-amber color with a white head. The aroma is full of caramel malt and grass, with not too much else going on. The flavor is similar, with caramel and toffee. There is also a little bit of grass from the hops, as well as some butter notes which take away from the flavor. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Pretty average for an ipa. Sample from beer fest. Poured a cooper color with a tiny soapy white head. Aroma was floral, pines and some spruce. Flavor was sweet malts up front that finished with a hoppy, citrus grass finish. Too thin and watery of a body. Could have been better.

(16oz can) clearish medium amber, sparse bubbles. Nose of honey, candied citrus, and a bit sweaty. Taste of citrus, honey, caramel. Medium to light body. Oily body v
