COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Missouri mules hauled hundreds of wagons across the West and packed supplies in World Wars I & II. For decades, mules were also the most reliable Ozark farm hands. Like a Missouri mule, you can rely on our handcrafted India Pale Ale. This IPA packs a hop explosion that will not let you down.

4.09/5 rDev +7.9% look: 3.75 smell: 4 taste: 4.25 feel: 4 overall: 4 Pours a clear, copper/golden color. A finger of white head. Good retention and lacing. Smells of strong hops, sweet malt, and slight floral aromas. Fits the style of an American IPA. Tastes of pineyhops, citrus and a good deal of sweet malt. Mouthfeel is smooth and clean, with a moderate carbonation level. Overall, decent appearance, good aroma, feel, and body.

2015 can. Pours a straw copper color with an off-white head. A sweet malt aroma with some straw and some pine. Taste is slightly sweet up front with lots of malt giving way to a a piney edge of hops and some spice. Detect a little onion as it warms up. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour is a clear orange with a small white head. Aroma is a nice helping of fresh piney hops. Flavor is ever better when it come to the hops standing out. Fresh, bitter and resin. My kinda of IPA. Low malt presence with a high hop bitterness.

Pours clear Amber with a decent pale buff head. Aroma is seriously hoppy, like a fresh-cut pine branch, with a hnt of caramel. Flavor is like a liquid evergreen, fairly but not fiercely bitter; hints of citrus and caramel peek through. Texture is fairly fizzy and fairly firm. Get a kick out of it!

Pours a cloudy orange-yellow, with good-sized head. Aroma was full of citrus and pine, as was the flavor. Very tasty IPA and one of the better offerings from this brewer.

So sour! Couldn’t do it. Might have been a bad specimen that was sitting out too long at Mactoberfest. But just not a good brew....the hops are overpowering and not in a good, complex way.

Sampled at MO Beer Fest. Coppery in hue with a bit of haze. An off white smallish head. An aroma that belies complex hops. Citrus and floral seems to beclassic West coast. Malt backbone is about right. I tasye passion fruit and tropical varieties in front. A little vegetable behind that. Nice bitterness. This is pretty much classic and a nice version of it.

Can at 28 Springs thanks to Casey. Wonderful nose. Flowery and piney with some citrus. Slight malt and fairly bitter. Nice ipa.
