This getting some points for the phrase "jus de pamplemousse", which I could never tire of saying. The beer itself though is poor. Pours hazy pink, thin white head. Aromas of aspartame and Refreshers. Tastes like toilet cleaner. Bitter, artificial finish.

Hart, echt hart.

Pours out of the bottle in a light hazy amber-pink colour with airy head and thin body. Aroma of medicine and berries. Taste of childrens cough syrup, berries and caramel. Finishes off bitter like medicine as well. Not nice.

smells delightful, floral oranges and pours an orangey pink colour, very cloudy, tastes quite bland and thin with orange (wheres the grapefruit?) aftertaste be good in hot bbq weather quite refreshing not as horrible as the other reviews would have me believe. bottle from beers of europe.

Visual: Pours clear pinkish-orange with almost no head, thin ringed retention, virtually no activity, and the last few drops in the bottle full of cloudy sediment. Nose: Bright fruity-candy-esque grapefruit-citrus aroma. Half-sugar/half-soap, not all bad. (7/10-pungency) Attack: syrup’d sweetness fruity malts Mid-palate: (MAIN) light tangy malts, gatorade (energy-drink), *mild* pink grapefruit Finish: bad aspartame flavour and roughness, bad hopped bitterness, fruity malt finish. Summary: The flavours are not really appetizing plus the texture is pretty bad. Bearable, but money and ingredients not well spent.

Bottle-Pinkish pour w/a moderate head, looked a little like Pink Champagne. Was a little scared of this when was told it had grapefruit in it as I do not like grapefruit, but it wasn’t very noticeable. Tasted like pink lemonade w/a little sprite thrown in. Not the worst thing I have ever drank....but certainly not very Beerlike. I don’t think you could drink too many of there, but on a warm summer day at a cookout, I could see this being a hit with the macro swill/bud lite lime crowd!

Tried it at the Delirium, but will most probably not drink one again. Quite weird taste, artificial fruit aroma, would not recommend it.

Interesting aroma - sweet but slightly cheesy. Frothy head. tastes like love hearts. A unique flavour.

Bottle in the Head of Steam, Durham. Pours amber with a white head. Slight chemical nose. Very sweet at first with lots of saccharine which dominates the grapefruit flavour. Pretty bad.
