Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 30, 2005 A pinkish orange beer with a dense off-white head. The aroma is sour like grapefruit, but also artificially sweet - not the aroma I want in a beer. The flavor is very sweet with notes of pink grape, artificial sweetener, as well as hints of malt. omhper (10393), Stockholm, Sweden Jun 27, 2005 Bottled. Bright orange, no head. Extreme artificial perfumy aroma. Sweet and schampoo-like with achingly sweet saccharine finish. Not god, even as lemonade. Papsoe (9980), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 9, 2007 (Bottle 25 cl) Pours a hazy orange/pink with a tiny, off-white head. Sweet aroma in a chemical way. Light-bodied, sweet’n’sour with flowery and chemically perfumy accents. Reminds me of the dubious range of De Troch fruit lambics. 080207 joergen (6240), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 30, 2005 Bottled.
Orange red coloured with a small white head.
Aroma of butter, caramel and grape fruit.
Butterish flavour with notes of grape fruit and toffee.
yespr (6162), Copenhagen O, Denmark Oct 19, 2007 25 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge creamy chalk white head. Very fruity and sweet aroma, pink grapefruit apparently. Pleasant aroma. Very sweet flavour, more like a sodapop than a beer (says my wife too). There is an astringent grapefruity acidity to the flavour which is lasting into the finish. Ends somewhat fruity and slight cloying.
