COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Geruch malzig, getreidig. Geschmack malzig, getreidig, minimal bitter, blumig.

Bottle. Very slightly hazy gold beer. Softish palate. Sweetish hops. Finishes soft.

Hellgelb, wenig standhafter Schaum. Verhalten würzig-hopfiges Aroma.

From McTapps - thank you, Sabine! Pours slightly hazy pale straw with small white head. Clear aroma of citrus with subtle malty touches, just like lemonade. Sourish flavour with notes of yeast and citrus. High carbonation. OK but nothing really impressive.

Bottle, 4.4%. Bready aroma, smells a little like a non-alcoholic beer. Cloudy very pale yellow colour. Small stable frothy chalk white head. The flavour is bready and watery. Low bitterness. A boring beer, indeed.

Cloudy light yellow colour with low head and medium to crisp body. Nose of sourness. Taste of green barley, green hops, unripe grains, light kefir and sour citrus fruits. Not that easy and nice to drink, just too sour. Finish is quite dry.

If that kind of beer was drunken 100 years ago I am a very lucky person living in 2013. Crazy how sour a beer can be without having any sour aromas of fruits like a Lambic has. Beside that this one is just a dull and awful mixture of aromas or flavours which remind me how very, very sour milke can taste like. Awful stuff.
