mile (2116) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 6, 2012
Bottle. Light golden, very small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty and sweetish aroma, light caramel and light bread, light grassy - herbal hoppyness. Medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and light bread, light grassy - herbal hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - and lightly sweetish, light bread and light herbal hoppyness, light alcohol. Pils with caramel and bread - not for me.

TBone (9999) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 3, 2012
Bottled swing-top 500ml (BZ, BB 02/2013)
Clear golden color, good white head, lace. Grassy-hayish hops in the nose, malty-metallic notes. Medium-bodied. Hayish, bitter flavor with metallic maltyness in the flavor too. Light barnyard note in the aftertaste (+bitterness). Decent bitterness, but I am not a big fan of this kind of grassy hoppyness. As usual, organic doesn’t mean better. But much more solid pils than their normal "Pils" I had 6 years ago.

bierkoning (8958) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - JUN 9, 2012
Swing top bottle. Blonde. Soft grassy aroma with bready notes. Grassy hops in the flavor, enough to create a moderate bitterness, that lasts for a while in the aftertaste. Solid.

(swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and bubbling mid-sized foamy head. Mildly malty aroma with distinctive notes of spicy and citric hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Soft pale malt-character with present notes of fruity and mildly spicy hops; quite dry and bitter and fruity hoppy finish. Nice, but could have had more balancing malty parts at the very end. 25.V.12

Bügelverschlußflasche:Greenish-golden coloured, quickly collapsing small white fluffy head, clear, distinctive - but mild - herbal noble hops and pale malt in the nose; light to moderate bitter -sweet flavour, not extremely dry, light to medium bodied; drier lingering bitter-hoppy and pale-malty finish. Cheers to german noble hops…

(bottle) pours a clear golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head. aroma of herbal hops and apricots, quite metallic, with notes of straw and light caramel. flavour is very meaty, with hints of caramel, dogs breath, herbal hops, grain and an unbalanced bitter finish. light to medium-bodied with average carbonation.
