Light aroma grainy cereal and a bit soapy. Pale cloudy yellow with a small head and less lacing, big black chunks floating around, not very nice at all. Light bodied, medium sweetness with a little bit of mustyness. Bland, enough said.

Organic Hefe-weizen bomber. Pours hazy bright yellow. Nose is very lemony, tart, not a much yeast and wheat as other German hefeweizens. Taste comes off just a bit stale, not much wheat or yeast. Certainly not full bodied and thin. Not fluffy. Very carbonated. Not the best hefeweizen but I’ve a few worse. Probably would not buy again.

Had this at the Pittsburgh Great European Beer Festival at the Sharp Edge Beer Emporium 6/2010. Hazy yellow. Smell is somewhat sweet bandaids. Easy on the taste buds. Friendly and trouble-free. Some tartness in there too makes it interesting. OK by me! Overall decent rainy experience! Weizens, good beer if done right!

500ml bottle pours out the requisite cloudy orange, in fact this is the most opaque hefe I’ve seen. Surprisingly lacking in the strong clove and banana smells and flavors though, more of a crisp pure wheat beer. Disappointing to me surely, but I did find this to be extremely refreshing on a humid summer night.

UPDATED: JUN 12, 2010 Nice golden, cloudy colour with a good white head. Aroma of banana , and lemon. Tasted of banana, citrus fruits, vanilla bubblegum and spices. Medium bodied. Pretty good.

not terrible, but definitely not as good as i had hoped it would be. typical heffeweisen coloring and aroma, but i suppose the big knock on this one is that there really isnt anything new here and with everyone and their brother coming out with a new heffeweisen lately, they need to step it up and try to break the mold.

Cloudy golden color, unfiltered and full of sediment. Off white head, fades quickly. Lightly fruity aroma. Malty, fruity citrus flavor. Hints of grass with a bare touch of spice. Fairly light and a bit watery.
