| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 25, 2007 Yeasty, apple-like aroma with soft clove and banana yeast derivatives. Rather sour, even for a weizen the wheatiness comes across as tart. Dry finish with a considerable feel of floral hops. Juicy, simple and straightforward flavoured hefe weizen that does its job and nothing more. yespr (12020), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 26, 2007 When I first opened the bottle I got a strong, sharp wheat aroma with some undertones of spice. It pours out a clear wheat yellow with a thick and fairly persistent head. Flavor is smooth but with a good bite, fairly typical of a hefe-weizen, with a whisper of citrus flavor, a little bit watery, but tingly and pleasant. A decent wheat ale. Short duration, light sweetness, acidity and bitterness.
