500 ml bottle, bought at Real Foods, Edinburgh. ABV is 5.0%. Like all Pinkus Müller beers, it is organic. Cloudy pale yellow colour, huge white head. Strong and typical hefeweizen aroma, spicy notes of cloves and banana, hints of farmhouse and oak. Soft mouthfeel. Wheaty flavour, subdued cloves and banana, moderate sweetness. Another good hefeweizen, but not the very best.

Bottle. Pours a medium gold color with not much of a head for a weissbier. Some aroma of banana, clove and bubblegum but, not overwhelming. Flavor of wheat and banana somewhat subdued. Kind of bready tasting. OK but, not great.

Decent beer pours a yellow color that is very hazy. Smells sour and wheat like. Tastes like wheat and malt. Ok beer.

Pours a cloudy gold with a sharp, yeasty aroma. The flavor is like that of a normal hefeweizen, but there is a crisp, dryness which is quite unusual and worth experiencing.

(bottle - 500 ml) Cloudy orange color with a puffy and fizzy white head. Aroma is very light and subtle with hints of grains, bananas, and yeast. Flavor is extremely subtle, especially for a Hefe. Light banana and clove flavor with a toned down wheat and yeast flavor. Watery and clean finish.

Botted at RBESG 07. Cloudy yellow. Papery malt aroma. Sweet and almost free of esters. There’s crackers, orange and vanilla, yet cardboard dominates. Low bitterness.

Bottle, train from Edinburgh to Glasgow, RBESG 07. Very wheaty, some fruit, especially strong on the banana. Mouth is sweet and more banana. Metallic. Nothing special, really.
