Poured an opal like lemon-gold with a tall white meringue looking head. The nose was of soft cloves and bready dough with fresh wheat that has some raw yeasty notes. The taste starts nicely crisp and very sharp with light citric elements and a soft body that benefits from a tart wheaty middle. Bananas appaer in the finish mixing with a creamy clove feel that lingers with a sharp fruity finish. This is a nice, solid, pleasant Hefe. This is also all organic.

On train back to glasgow. Wheaty, glove, biscuity malt, grassy hop, very very carbonated, to be honest boring.

poured with a nice head that lasts. a little lace. Interesting light hazzy color. earthy bavarian aromas. Thin body. a few funky off flavors. Had lots better although it’s very cool that it’s organic.

Poured a hazy yellow straw color with a small light head. Mild, grainy nose, thin taste, quite sessionable. A bit watery. Nice that it was organic, but I wanted more full-bodiedness.

Bottle Cloudy yellow pour with white dying head. Sweet aroma of banana, yeast, wheat. Flavor a bit more light than the aroma. Smooth, refreshing. Not too much to it though.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a one finger white head that lasts leaving good lacing. Aroma of wheat, yeast, light banana, light clove, and a touch of lemon. Taste is the same as aroma with a light tart finish. A little thin on the mouthfeel but still a good beer for the Summer.

Pours hazy pale yellow gold with a chunky, pillowy head. Very light tat lemon and grain aromas. Very clean flavor with minimal esters--very little banana, clove, or other spices--and more light lemony tartness with a hint of honey flavor in the finish. Very thin body that doesn’t hold up too well, but is ultimately in balance with the light flavor profile. Refreshing, bland.

bottle. pours hazey orange yellow with white head that thins quickly. nice fruity aroma (lemon? banana?). nice mild fine bubble carbonation as well. the flavor (slight wheat with a tart element), however, fades as soon as it hits the tongue. would be a good introduction for macro drinkers because it goes down easy and is not at all offensive. on the other hand, as seen below, hefe fans will find this one boring.
