It was not as good as the other German Hefe’s I’ve have recently. No head stayed after the pour. Faint wheat aroma. Also weak flavor of wheat citrus and yeast. I added alot of lemon to improve this. Then it was more refreshing. turbothy (722), Bonn, Germany

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 28, 2006 Cloudy yellow, thin white head. Very faint aroma of, um , bread, maybe? Clean and full bodied, with some mild fruityness and touch of savory. Maybe a bit too watery, but overall subtle and well made. JohnnyJ (1309), Carlsbad, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 22, 2006 Not very good. Pours a hazy gold. Standard beer aroma. Tastes like beer with some lemon, yeast, wheat, and spices. I just didn’t like the taste very much. Naven (869), Poway, California, USA
