| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 6, 2006 500ml bottle. Poured a slightly hazy yellow with a big, white head. Nose was very light, but highlighted by a bit of yeast and, of course, wheat. Rather lively mouth for the style - nice. Flavor was a bit bland, but nice, light maltiness. The wheat flavors were a touch musty. Very easily consumed, but not a standout. moseefus (58), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 24, 2006 Pour was a bright, expectedly hazy, yellow with a nice head that lasted. Aroma was plesantly sweet and yeasty as a good heffe should be. Not as flavorful, at first, as some other heffe’s but it is very drinkable, especially when i want a less sweet heffe. Overall it is a beer that i continually choose. HopheadHans (755), Bay Area, California, USA

Quite a bit of carbonation, fruity flavor, a nice head that lasts a while. It is not overpowering with yeasty flavors. I like it actually. mjg74 (1995), La Mesa, California, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 3, 2005 Bottled. Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium white head Not alot of aroma a little yeast and grain. Fairly bland hefe. Tastes more ike an American wheat than a German hefe. Nothing wrong with it, I just prefer a little more flavor. jerc (3888), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 3, 2005 Bottle. Hazy yellow, big white head. Muted yeasty aroma with a mild underlying funk. Tarty wheaty flavour up front with a touch of sourness in the finish that lingers, making me think its not in great shape. Medium palate. underwhelming. henry3r (586), Wichita, Kansas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 25, 2005 The bottle poured a hazy light yellow beverage with a small fizzy white head that was mostly diminishing but left good lacing on the glass. The aroma had a light malt presence accompanied by subtle hop notes of lemon and sweet doughy yeast in the background. The body was medium light with soft carbonation and a creamy texture. The flavor started off moderately sweet and finished with a light bitterness. The finish was average in length frankenkitty (1900), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 15, 2005 Lemony/wheat colored under a huge, white & holding head. Lemony & dry aroma, without so much of the traditional banana & clove you should be treated to. Lemony flavor in a thin, wheat body. Lemony, lemony, lemony. I don’t like lemons in my Hefe and it would seem that this one comes with one already in the bottle.
