moseefus (58), Omaha, Nebraska, USA Feb 24, 2006 Pour was a bright, expectedly hazy, yellow with a nice head that lasted. Aroma was plesantly sweet and yeasty as a good heffe should be. Not as flavorful, at first, as some other heffe’s but it is very drinkable, especially when i want a less sweet heffe. Overall it is a beer that i continually choose. HopheadHans (753), Bay Area, California, USA Dec 11, 2005 Refreshing light Hefeweizen. Quite a bit of carbonation, fruity flavor, a nice head that lasts a while. It is not overpowering with yeasty flavors. I like it actually. mjg74 (1995), La Mesa, California, USA Dec 3, 2005 Bottled. Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium white head Not alot of aroma a little yeast and grain. Fairly bland hefe. Tastes more ike an American wheat than a German hefe. Nothing wrong with it, I just prefer a little more flavor. jerc (3861), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Dec 3, 2005 Bottle. Hazy yellow, big white head. Muted yeasty aroma with a mild underlying funk. Tarty wheaty flavour up front with a touch of sourness in the finish that lingers, making me think its not in great shape. Medium palate. underwhelming. henry3r (586), Wichita, Kansas, USA Nov 25, 2005 The bottle poured a hazy light yellow beverage with a small fizzy white head that was mostly diminishing but left good lacing on the glass. The aroma had a light malt presence accompanied by subtle hop notes of lemon and sweet doughy yeast in the background. The body was medium light with soft carbonation and a creamy texture. The flavor started off moderately sweet and finished with a light bitterness. The finish was average in length frankenkitty (1900), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Nov 15, 2005 Lemony/wheat colored under a huge, white & holding head. Lemony & dry aroma, without so much of the traditional banana & clove you should be treated to. Lemony flavor in a thin, wheat body. Lemony, lemony, lemony. I don’t like lemons in my Hefe and it would seem that this one comes with one already in the bottle.

pivnizub (4951), Bochum, Porúří, Germany Nov 14, 2005 Bottle: Pale, cloudy, mid-sized, quickly diminishing white head; mainly fruity nose (pears, peaches); sweetish fruity flavour; fizzy; shy sweetish-sourish finish with a tinge of citrus and an illusion of smoke(!?). Yawn: a quite bland, nearly watery, not very complex Weizen............. Fantomas23 (463), Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA Nov 2, 2005 That hazy yellow and white fluffy head you’ve come to expect from a Hefe. Smells of yeast and citrus confirm what you are about to drink. Rounded mouthfeel. I was expecting watery but this was less thin than expected. Served at home so there was no inappropriate orange wedge. Refreshing, like a Hefe should be.
