Sep 22, 2005 500ml bottle. Pours cloudy golden with a fluffy white head that recedes to a small cap and laces a bit. Typical yeasty citrus aroma, nice. Flavor is lemony, yeasty, typical hefeweizen. Palate is a bit thin and watery. Very refreshing, soft flavors. Nothing exceptional and nothing to complain about. Probably better as an accompaniment to a meal than as a nightcap. (I’m having a nightcap, or two, or..) Enjoyable and easy drinking, yet average. $2.99 at Broudy’s, Jacksonville, FL.

Aug 31, 2005 Some sign of lemon in the aroma along with wheat and hop. The flavor is a bit weird, but its organic grain and light bubblegum flavor is mellow and easy drinking. Can also taste a little spice and zest from perhaps lemon shavings. Has a huge head and watered down looking yellow hue.

Aug 31, 2005 Earthly organic aromas for this one. Body color was a cloudy yellow with a big white creamy head. Head later settled on top of beer till finish. Decent lacing. Flavor of sweet fruit some mild bitterness. Slight sticky taste on the palate but not bad. Decent.

Aug 20, 2005 A pretty average wheat beer. This was a little bit more grassy and citric than most hefes I’ve tried, and a little less flavorful overall. Still works as a good summer thirst-quencher though.

Very cloudy yellow colour. Stable, creamy white head. Sweet/malty aroma, no banana. I cannot seem to trace any yeast flavour, but the wheat is in both flavour and mouthfeel. Could be more interesting though.

Aug 16, 2005 (bottle) Hazy yellow colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty and peppery aroma complemented with a touch of grape fruits. Malty and yeasty taste with apricot-fruity finish. An unorthodox German Hefeweizen that is worth a try.

Aug 10, 2005 Updated: Jul 11, 2006Pours light golden and slightly cloudy with a fluffy off-white head. Aroma is spicy and mouth-watering with notes of clove, coriander, and citrus. Taste is sweet and yeasty with notes of citrus, wheat, honey. The finish is crisp from the wheat, while also moderately acidic.
