Bottle @ Metro. 5.1%. Yellow pour that is fairly cloudy. Aroma is of grains, citrus, bananas, coriander, ginger?. Taste is fairly wheaty, but complex, and mild sweetness. Overall, this beer is drinkable, enjoyable, and a solid Hefeweizen.

From a bottle poured a slightly hazy golden color with a fair amount of head. Nice light malty flavor with a quick finish.

Yellow honey colored, murky with just a bit of head. Bread and citrus smells. Tastes primarily of lemon, with quite a bit of carbonation. Thin palate and fades quickly.

Cloudy yellow color with a big lemon taste. Not a long lasting palate and not much on the nose.

500 ml bottle from the Bayou. Pours a cloudy orange color with a very large white head. The aroma is nice; lots of sweet malts, light banana. A strong flavor of rich and lightly fruity malts, almost musty and very nice. Not too many spices, which is fine with me. Reminded me of baked banana bread. Nice.

Pours a foggy, foggy yellow with a thin ring of foam and a touch of lacing. Aroma is sweaty and slightly stale. Taste is very, very estery with lots of grainy sweetness and not much else. Thin but well-carbonated. Really not remarkable.
