This brew pours a very cloudy tan color and left a ton of sludge at the bottom of the bottle, there was just a skiff of white head floating at the top of my beer but that left a curtain of lacing totally covering the glass after every sip of the beer. The smell was weak and refreshing, banana’s and cream are the most apparent smells. A very smooth tasting beer, tons of wheat flavors along with banana and citrus at the back of my throat that gives the beer a bit of zip. The beer feels very heavy in my mouth , smooth and thick with a good amount of carbonation. The taste is very clean and refreshing, but unfortunately has some bread in the after taste. Not as full flavored as I’d hoped it would be but still a very good beer. its just not wowing me.

Interesting complex beer. Decent head that swirls amazingly. Cloudy weak yellow that almost has a dull buffed metal refection on the edges that has blended in with the yellow(huh???). Aroma is quite complex and mild overall, but there’s alot in there. Wheat smell is almost like a crop in the fall. Cirtusy and dry; there is an interesting spice hiding in the back that I cannot place. Taste is dry and very wheaty. Undertones of some citrus that gets crushed by the wheat leaving it borderline watery - but that’s just from the soft over flavour. Mouthfeel is everywhere. Comes in sour and quickly goes dry. Finishes too tingly to really enjoy the feel. Wacky beer with alot of wheat. I would’ve expected this to be more heavily spiced.

Bottled. Cloudy yellow coloured, thick head. Fruity nose. Watery lemon flavour, some banana. A bit thin, but not nearly as bad as i thought it would be.

Poured a hazy yellow with a large fluffy white head that left a decent amount of lacing. Weak aromas and flavors of wheat and lemon. Finished crisp and a little sour. Eh this was an average Hefe. LC

hazy unclear yellow, large thick smooth white head. strange aroma, mild sawdust, faint fruity flavor. a little dry. very slightly sourish or mild citrussy, probably meant so. quite refreshing. would do good draft in the sun for sure. alc suits the rest well.

Sampled on 4/18/2009. This hefe weizen pours a slightly cloudy yellow gold color from a 500ml bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head with nice retention and good lacing. The aroma is some malt, but mostly banana and bubblegum. A light bodied hefe-weizen. The malts are cereal, fruity and sweet. Some banana and clove flavors but not over powering. There is more cereal and grain in this one. There is some of that classic banana and clove flavor and yeastiness to this one, but not as much as in the aroma. Lively carbonation. It is also a touch watery. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Tastes like lemonade. Makes me wonder if I could feasibly have set up shop at the age of 8, made a fortune selling this to the other kids and played dumb when the authorities caught up with me. Now I’ll never know. Pity, that.
