The flavor is nothing like a lot of the great hefeweizen’s that I have had. There are some wheat, citrus, a little over ripened banana. I am not getting any clove On the nose i get some wheat and a little yeast. It’s pretty dull actually Pours a cloudy yellow color. There is a small white head that quickly goes to a thin ring. It has a fair amount of carbonation It finishes with some lingering spice and a little grapefruit. This is the first offering I have had from these guys. I feel little disappointed.

Bottle to pint mug. Hazy yellow. Not much head, which is a white color. Citrusy, almost tastes like lemonade. Not my bag, but not bad either.

Nice fresh aroma, citrus like. Pours almost no head. Taste is very mild, is missing the hefe weizen bite. Water like after taste.

Bottle at The Holy Grail in Plano, TX. Straw colored pour with a thin white head. Aroma is lemon furniture polish. Taste is lemony and slightly sweet, like a light version of a regular hefe. Clean and refreshing, just not very exciting.

500 ML bottle. Medium sized white foamy head with nice retention and good lacing. The aroma is some malt, but mostly banana. A light bodied hefe-weizen. There was noticeable floating sediment in my glass. The malts are cereal, fruity and sweet. Some banana and clove flavors but not over powering. There is more cereal and grain in this one. There is some of that classic banana and clove flavor and yeastiness to this one, but not as much as in the aroma.

0,5 L bottle from Vinmonopolet. Big, almost creamy white head. Straw yellow body with a hazy milky white shade. Lemonade and perfumed banana chewing candy aroma. Taste is fruity-sweet, pleasantly yeasty, with soft and mellow wheat malts. No spicy phenols, no hops to speak of. Very easy on the palate. Body is light plus. Drinkable without any flaws, but lack some attitude.
