mikeben (344), Naperville, Illinois, USA Mar 19, 2003 Updated: Jul 10, 2003I liked this beer a lot. I generaly like all the German wheat beers I have tried. This is not the very best I had but the organic way it's made gave it a individual quality. Very good overall. Braudog (3733), Dayton, Ohio, USA May 9, 2004 Light orange and hazy with a big poffy head. Orange-citric aroma with a sweet yeasty flare. Active on the tongue. Orange charcter dominates. Nice chiller. trappist12 (200), Kansas City, Missouri, USA Jan 19, 2003 I am ranking the organic hefeweizen. This beer had a tremendous cloudy hue with a great taste of a wheat with a nice lemon finish. Pinnhead (93), New Jersey, USA May 26, 2006 It pours a just barely opaque amber with generous head. I am not a big wheat bear fan but this is truly subtle and tasty. kimcgolf (822), Dacula, Georgia, USA Jun 10, 2007 I’m swimming against the tide, but I really enjoyed this beer. Poured to a hazy whitish yellow, with bright white head that lasted well and left okay lacing. Aroma was a pleasant mix of cookie dough, wheat and fruits...mostly bananas, with hints of apples. Mouthfeel was a little tingly, a little chewy. What I enjoyed most about this beer was the taste, which was a little bubblegum, mixed with sugar cookies ( a veryy odd combination, but darned tasty). As the beer warmed, the sugar cookie taste became more prominent, all leading to a very pleasant finish that was just sweet enough and long lasting. motelpogo (4394), Plzen, Czech Republic Oct 3, 2001 bought this in a bakery in munster and it sure kneaded my dough wheatbeerboy (98), Addison, Illinois, USA Jan 30, 2002 A really different tasting hefeweizen. I could taste honey in this beer. This beer is very creamy and sweet so it won’t be for everybody. Discofish (152), USA Oct 4, 2002
