That hazy yellow and white fluffy head you’ve come to expect from a Hefe. Smells of yeast and citrus confirm what you are about to drink. Rounded mouthfeel. I was expecting watery but this was less thin than expected. Served at home so there was no inappropriate orange wedge. Refreshing, like a Hefe should be.

Bottle. Poured a hazy golden with a fluffy white head that settles to a ring and had light lacing. The aroma has banana, clove, wheat, and some yeast. The flavor found banana, wheat, and citrus. Light body, tingly carbonation with a light tart and wheat aftertaste.

500ml bottle. Poured a slightly hazy yellow with a big, white head. Nose was very light, but highlighted by a bit of yeast and, of course, wheat. Rather lively mouth for the style - nice. Flavor was a bit bland, but nice, light maltiness. The wheat flavors were a touch musty. Very easily consumed, but not a standout.

bottle - Pours hazy yellow with a medium sized head that quickly fades to thin and hangs around awhile. It has a light citrus and yeast aroma. The flavor is similar. Light bodied and easy drinking, this is a refreshing and fairly enjoyable hefeweizen.

Pours bright hazy gold into a Weizen glass. Bright white micro head quickly subsides to skim surface. Sweet wheat and malt aromas. Slightly flat with a dry lasting characterless wheat finish. Not very impressed..low overall score...but would drink again if it was this vs. macro.

This had a weak arpma of grass.average head.Cloudy dark gold beer.looked like a good wheat beer. The taste was of sour wheat.sticky palate. It’s certified organic,so I guess it’s good for you.For this to be a great wheat beer it shouldn’t be so sour.I would call this an average wheat beer.I taste the leon and maybe a tad of honey, but guys!,I think you are reaching if you taste bananas.Well,maybe.If I get more buzed I’m sure I’ll taste bananas!!

very hazy appearance; light head; mild fruit (banana), hops, and malt in the nose; an above average malt taste, especially for a Hefe.; a little watery on the palate; overall very very refreshing.
