1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Pours a very hazy, dark golden yellow color with a one finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Sporadic chunks of lacing left behind. Much lighter in color than expected for the style.
The aroma of this beer is extremely bland with some bready yeast, subtle pale malt and a very faint earthy hop presence. There’s really not much else going on and it’s hard to pick up anything except the yeast and faint grassy hops.
On the lighter end of medium bodied with an odd combination of bready yeast, grassy hops, citrus and astringent metal. Really weird and off style with a very watered down mineral like flavor. Some zesty spice, bready yeast, citrus peel and rusted tin. Bland and very unpleasant.

From the bottle, pours clear golden with huge white head. Nose of sour honey notes, hay very light citrus. Bubbly mouthfeel I mean really high carbonation, sweetish light bitterness, some fruityness. Good and refreshing beer...

Helder geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht zuur met grassen, noot en bessen. Apart bier, best goed.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500 ml bottle.
Looks like a run of the mill pale lager, but the aroma and taste prove otherwise.
Light biscuit aroma with a hint of citrus.
The flavor has more citrus, which here seems like lime, and adequate grain flavor.
Light bodied but not watery with near medium carbonation.

Bottle: Light straw with some subtle haze. Pours with a medium head that dissipates quickly. No lace. Clean pale malt aromas. Very simple and clean. No complexity from the fermentation or hops. There is a subtle apricot aroma. Very dry, not sour and moderately low bitterness. There’s a roundness to the mouthfeel. High CO2 gives a freshness and acidity. Clean and refreshing.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Sweet malt bready aroma. Dark milky burned orange body. No head aside from a few stray bubbles. Sweet tangerine-like sweetness. Mild bitterness. Some maltiness in the background. Seems like a radler. Kind of disappointed by this one.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled 500ml. -from Rudat Dortmund. I’ve spent last few years chasing for Pinkus Müller beers and now when I finally found them all three are just average (Original, Hefe Weizen and Pils). Pitty. Yellow coloured, medium sized white head, dusty and weak malty nose. Sweet malty, slight caramel, mild fruity and hoppy with short finish.
