Pours a nice hazy yellow, and smells a little hoppy - nothing much more. The taste is very good for a pilsener. Light hops give a nice bitterness... almost dry with the high carbonation as well. Undertones of malts and mellow citrus fruits provide a great balance and finish quite nicely. This beer is VERY drinkable - especially with some nice German cuisine.

Bit fluffy, receding off-white head over clear golden beer. Very creamy nose, bit of bananaester (?!), demure. Quite bitter, noble hopsflavour, finish has both some summergrain and sweet pale malts, as metallic tang. Well-carbonated, very slight gristslickness, light bodied. All in all, a nice Pilsner.

500 ml bottle. Pours a nice hazy golden color with a nice one inch head that slowly dissipates. Tons of carbonation and a bit of sediment. Taste is of malt, some hops, grass, yeast and some fruit. Similar aroma. Has a nice creamy body that coats the mouths. The finish is mostly clean with a bit of dryness. A satisfying brew that is thirst quenching and highly drinkable.

Hopfiger und aromatischer Geruch, sogar etwas Schwefel oder ähnliches. Im Geschmack feinherb, weich und aromareich. Etwas kratziger Abschluß, der jedoch nicht ins Gewicht fällt.

Pours a slightly murky bright yellow. Aroma is very herbal and vegetal - straw, grass, wet hops. Medium bodied and slightly creamy in the middle. Finishes nice and crisp, with peach, banana, and bitter hops. Very nice pilsner. Refreshing but very complex also.

Bottle. pale cloudy yellow color. Taste is light*nd crisp with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Interesting pilsner. Definitely not boring on the palate

Best tasting pilsner ever. Very complex and every bit enjoyable.

11-15-11: Bottle like the picture in flute glass. White head dissolves instantly to a sprinkle drop of head. Only lacing is at the ring and quite fast. Body is very hazy, foggy pale yellow pilsner.
Aroma is of citrus and allspice and cinnamon. Fresh but subtle.
Taste is medium sweetness and light salty.
Palate is medium / full body, thick feel, and appropriately average carbonation that lasts down the hatch. Lack of finish makes this a thirst quencher.
I still think that this is a great beer and give it an extra point for craftsmanship with organic ingredients.

Ganz übel. Durch und durch schmeckt das Bier faulig, wodurch andere Aromen erst einmal zu kurz kommen. Nach dem Überwinden kann man auch noch herbe Aromen, im Nachgeschmack auch hopfige Nuancen feststellen, die den Gesamteindruck des Bieres zwar bessern, zu einem guten Bier reicht es jedoch eindeutig nicht.
