Bottle. Pours bright yellow with some haze and a large white head. The aroma is cookies, some hay-like Saaz notes, and a little bit of orange. The flavor is very grainy with some sweet bready qualities and a very mild earthy bitterness throughout. It has a semi-sweet finish and a distant floral aftertaste. Pretty good for what it is.

Realized that I had not rated it after it was gone from the shelves. Then I found a single much shaken bottle this week. Yeast is very present but I left 95% of the floaties in the bottle for the rating. Pale yellow with a persistent thin white covering. Soft hop nose with scents of bread and young grass. Flavour is a little too sweet. Noticeable light hops and a sour bitterness in the finish. Not sure if the sourness is due to the questionable nature of the bottle.

Cloudy pale gold (I was surprised that this was unfiltered), with a thick white head. Nice rich, bready aroma. Flavor is also bready, with a definate yeast note. Understated, but enjoyable.
