3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from BevMo, Sacramento. Pours cloudy golden with a rich white head and a yeasty aroma. There is a light pilsner malt flavor with a more bitter yeasty finish.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured two fingers of head on a hazy, lighter straw colored body.
The aroma is great. Lots of grain with lemon and a little banana.
The taste is awesome too. It has a nice fruit flavor to it: banana and lemon again. There is a moderate bitterness back there too. Easy drinking.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
All hippies should toke up at 4:20 in honor of this beer, as it is the FIRST organic brewery in the world (or so they say). The brewer must have anticipated this, as one of the portraits on the label looks like a guy that roams Paia. A beautiful German beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Gorgeous pour from bottle. A clear golden straw color with plenty of fluffy, creamy head. Aroma of toasted grain, cereal, mild citrus, and a bit of a spicy hop. Taste of sweet malt, light fruit, and some herbal hop on the end. Very light and refreshing, but lacking on the crisp finish that I expect from a great German pils. I do really like this beer, but I might grab some other pilseners first.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tasted from tall brown bottle into a lager glass. It poured a nice hazy golden colour with fluffy but short-lived white foam and a little lace. Great pilsener malt aromas: distinct husky graininess, faint vanilla, resiny noble hops, hints of active yeast and rising bread dough. Better than average pilsener flavor, subtle sweetness and graininess, with a stronger than expected tangy hops bitterness. Pleasant mineral water essence and chalky mouthfeel from the suspended yeast. A very tasty, easy-drinking yet complex, well-crafted beer. Went splendidly with spicy chicken enchiladas and rice.

Decent beer, definitely worth the whirl. Not something I would recommend people have to try it.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Poured a clear yellow pale color with an average frothy white head that lasted and had good lacing. Moderate balanced aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This beer met my expectations.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle shared with McTapps. Usuatl pilsner with a bit lower carbo and some aroma of yeast-like stuff. Not a bad one but there are other from Pinkus way better.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Clear golden colour with steady head. Nose of hops. Taste of ripe hops, green grass, barley and oats. Finely carbonated, full body. Nice one for a CGP.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma was unpleasant, vegetal with a bit of sulphur thrown in - like walking into an old attic. Beautiful straw color and crystal clear. Nice white head which, unfortunately dissipated quickly. Firm hop bitterness. Crisp clean and somewhat forgettable. Malt notes were almost non-existent.
