A cloudy gold with a thick white head.
Smells of lemon, malt, and hopps were sweet and strong.Taste is strong of hopps and sweet malt. Mouthfeel and drinkability were good overall but this beer kind of fell flat in the end.

Jul 21, 2008 500 ml bottle. A wonderful organic Pilsner. Pours a beautiful hazy light gold. Yeasty aroma. Very large stable head. I am happy with the attenuated bitterness, relatively low carbonation, and the overall bread-iness. Lingering and pleasingly mild finish. A beer to enjoy, not to overwhelm.

Jul 20, 2008 Pours a bit hazy golden with a two finger white frothy head. The nose is sweet with bready and malty influences with a touch of bitter. The flavor is the same, with a nice bitterclean finish and a surprising smooth mouthfeel.

Jul 17, 2008 Poured into a pilsener glass. Hazy straw color with a smallish white head that leaves no lacing. Aroma is lemony and wheaty. Lots of yeasty wheaty flavors here with little grain or hop. Lemon, unripe banana, and hay make up the flavor profile. Pretty drinkable despite a less-than-clean mouthfeel.

Jul 2, 2008 Apple dried apple applets and cider all in one nose. The flavor is not as sweet and has a good crispness. perhaps lemon brûlée crisp and refreshing. Well crafted like the fist offering. Is the watter?

Jul 1, 2008 Sweet, candied apple nose. Thin mouthfeel. Sweet front end, Lightly spiced carbonation, tart. Crisp, with a light hop back end. High drinkability. An extremely pleasant surprise.
