Slightly hazy golden colour, fine white head. Malty aroma, light floral notes. Fresh flavour, light bitterness, Light citrus acidity. Quite dry. Nice though a bit thin.

Bottle. Stale Helles nose. Very pale yellow with a sudsy white head. Light bitterness, actually pretty dry, light body but with nice smacking crispness. Malt side is a little weak, light citrus and floral note but on the whole a little dull. Clean water and yeast.

Pale yellow , slightly cloudy. Head foamy white lacing. Armas malty, hops, floral, hay, some mushrooms. Medium slick citrusy body with medium carbonation , dry hoppy aftertaste. The hoppy edge is quite good, but still rather flat thin.

bottle - yellow body with a white head - medium sweet malty and light fruity nose - medium malty flavour with some hoppy notes

(Bottle 15/08-2011) Fast fading white head, clear yellow color, medium co2, smooth taste. Head was better and color was unclear in last glass.

Hefig-hopfiger Geruch steigt in die Nase. Irgendwie merkt man das Bio im Bier - und das zum Positiven.
Hopfiger und aromatischer Geschmack, prickelnd. Die Bitterstoffe im Bier kommen sehr gut zur Geltung. Malziger Ausklang.
Bravuröses Bio-Bier aus Münster, das prima über die Zunge geht.

Was is das? Anscheinend nichts Halbes und nichts Ganzes. Naturtrüb würd ich es auch kaum nennen, vil zu klar. Der Antrunk ist hopfig - langweilig, der Mittelteil wird aus der unendlichen Wässrigkeit gerade noch von einem leicht würzigen Aroma gerettet. Der Abgang ist süßlich-hefig, später jedoch auch säuerlich.

Bottled 500ml, ABV 5.1% (BZ, BB 12/2011)
Slightly hazy yellow color, mostly vanishing white head. Mostly grainy, a bit apple fruity aroma. Crisp carbonation, medium-bodied. Apple fruity flavor, a bit acidic with for organic beer typical grainy background. I am not a big fan of German organic lagers and this goes to the same category.
