Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, fruity - apricot notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081126]

The aroma is very sweet and hoppy with malt notes. The color is a hazy dark yellow and it has a fine bubbly head, though it disappears medium fast. The flavor is sweet, malty with notes of straw, turning dry and then to a "straw" bitterness, that lingers. A pilsener with a lot of taste - a good pilsener.

(Bottle 33 cl) Golden, unfiltered beer with a nice head. Lovely aromatic beer with obvious content of good hops that add more aroma and flavour than bitterness. A bit of sweetness atop a fine, solid body. Organic. 310300

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a lasting white head. Light cornish and mild spiced aroma. Flavour is cornish, medium sweet and light mouldy note. Ends medium sweet with a light herbal touch.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy yellowish golden colour with small white head. Aroma is mildly fruity, quite bready malty as well as slightly saltwatery. Flavour is malts, some slight caramel as well as mild fruityness. A bit earthy notes as well once it warms up.

Bottle. 5.1% Nice, malty, fruity aroma. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Malty flavour, creamy and fruity.

Clear golden with medium white head. Grainy aroma with notes of brewing cereal. Sweet malty and grainy flavor with light malty notes.

Pinkus Stadtbier Hell, Demeter
Quite cloudy blond color. Common aroma, some vanilla. The body is quite weak, with a strong hop presence, a bit herbal. The final is bitter, weaker, with less herbal hops.
