3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Grima (1168) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - FEB 7, 2012
Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 EithCubes (3050) - GERMANY - JAN 27, 2012
Bottle by 7/2012. Nose has gentle sweet citrus, very light, soft grass and soft chalk. Deep, bright golden body with a creamy white head. Taste is grassy and very soft, low bitterness and little sweetness, gentle grains and malt coming out, that mineral quality backed way off. Medium body could use a little more spritz. There’s a greasy and somewhat stale quality here, but on the whole, i like the effort.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 drowland (3568) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - DEC 1, 2011
12/1/11. 500mL bottle. Slightly hazy golden pour with a small frothy white head that fades to a film and laces in streaky rings. Somewhat plain aroma that shows a touch of metal, cream, and sweet corn. Sweet corny flavor that touches on metal, grass, and something slightly salty that reminds me of ketchup. High, burning carbonation. Meh.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 johnnnniee (886) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 27, 2011
Pours a deep straw color with a huge white head that surprisingly dissipates almost instantly. Smells of bready malt with lots of melanoids. Slightly earthy spicy hop bite. Taste is bready burnt malt with a hint of earthy spicy hops. Medium to thin body with a crisp level of carbonation and a sweet slick mouthfeel. Decent brew but a little boring even for the style. Light and refreshing I could see drinking some on a hot summer day.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 meerbier (828) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - OCT 26, 2011
Bottle@Home. Butter mixed with hops. Pale yellow, fine white head, good lace. Malty, light buttery, herbal hops. Medium body. Refreshing. If you think away the butter then it’s quite a nice pilsener I guess.
3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 rondphoto (462) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - OCT 22, 2011
Hazy honey color with a lot of fine sediment. Nice, long-lasting head, good lacing. More a Belgian wheat beer than a pils. Clean taste of wheat and light caramel and citrus. Nice old-world hops to finish. Pretty darn good (especially for an organic), and drinkable over a long evening.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 blazingspiral (170) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - OCT 19, 2011
Bright straw color, bold grainy aroma with hoppy spice. Satisfying, thirst-quenching flavor focuses on old world hops. Very full-bodied for a pilsener. One of the best "organic" brews that I’ve tried.
