COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
keg & bottled, special
Collaboration between Pinta and Carlow, brewed in Ireland. Robust oatmeal stout brewed with Polish Marynka and Lubelski hops from around Lublin.

‘Lublin to Dublin’ is opaque black in colour with a ruby tone and creamy tan head. Hints of floral and herbal aromas combine with chocolate and coffee malt notes on the nose. The speciality malts bring roasted coffee bean and chocolate flavours, balanced with the satisfying fullness of rolled oats. The finish is long lasting earthy and herbal bitterness from the smoothness of the rolled oats. Enjoy this beer paired with mature cheese and strong cured meats.

AROMA: not very complex nor intensive, coffee, roasty, earthy, some sour notes? APPEARANCE: opaque with a ruby tone as the etiquette says, clear, medium head almost disappearing after a while, almost no lacing; TASTE: rather sweet, pretty sour, like coffee thinned with beer, low bitterness; PALATE: quite thin, rather low carbonation, sweet and sour finish; OVERALL: nothing special. BEER’S EXPIRATION DATE: 28.11.15

What an interesting beer, managed to get possibly the very last bottle available retail in Ireland @ Baggot St Wines. Dense, deep brown pour, verging on black, lovely foamy creme coloured head. Lovely irish stout nose, tangy roasted barley and malt, some mild dry coffee and that unmistakable Carlow earthy, spicy note too. Flavour is gorgeous, just gorgeous. Rich roast malt, coffee, lovely, perectly judged bitter hops. Huge body, a little fizzy. Finish is umami all the way, rolls on forever. An absolutely suberb stout from Irelands best stout producer.

Almost black colour with big and quite stable head, but without lacing. Nice, pleasant aroma of roasted malts, full chocolate, nuts and pint of vanilla. Taste is also well combined and balanced between moderate sweetness (roasted malts, chocolate) and bitterness (grassy and slightly herbal). Medium to full body. Soft carbonation. Really taste collaboration brew of Pinta &O’haras.

Appearance: Dark brown with beautiful thick tall beige head. Looks like RIS. Aroma: nuts and vanilla, lots of vanilla. Taste: so well ballanced! Pleasant sweet nutty vanilla flavours with delicate roasted bitterness. Extremally drinkable. The best stout I’ve ever had. Period. If I’d have to find any flaw, that would be body. But if it would have more body, that would be an amazing RIS :)

Butelka; Barwa czarna z rubinowymi refleksami. Delikatny aromat czekolady, kawy i ciemnych słodów. W smaku jest ciemna czekoada, kawa. Goryczka raczej niska.

Piwo butelkowe. Wysycenie niskie do średniego wspomaga pijalność. Piwo nie jest może wybitnie złe ale jest ewidentnie "na raz", niczego nie urywa.

Ciemnobrunatna, prawie czarna barwa. Ledwo widoczne refleksy. Piana ciemno bezowa, drobno p?cherzykowa. Bardzo ladna. W aromacie przedwszystkim kawa, slabe nuty palone. Smak kawowo-czekoladowy z przyjemna kwaskowatoscia. Przyjemna srednia do niskiej goryczka. Bardzo udana kolaboracja. Drink on!:)
