Bottle. Pale lemon colour with a thin head, quite bubbly, looks a bit like a glass of sekt. Aroma is smoke and wood. Flavour is smoked, bacon, dry malt and wood. Light texture. Finish is dry smoke.

Doceniam pomysł, ale trudno mi to pić. Goryczka niby mała, ale długo nie schodzi, sczególnie z końca (bliżej gardła) języka. Mało gazu-nie orzeźwia. Mętne. Rzeczywiście grodziskie to nie jest-może gdyby było kanoniczne to dało by się to pić. Nie nazwałbym tego szampanem. Szybko sie wygazowuje, zamieniając się w jakąś lekko oliwną resztkę. Zapach słaby, ale miły - to jedyny plus. Mała ilość alkoholu nie zachęci mnie by pićto podczas jazdy autem, bo mi nie smakuje.

Small head with some lacing. Dark yellow hazy body. Unfortunetly there’s diacethyl in aroma, together with unusual smoked bacon aroma is realy unpleasant. Not typical combination of bacon smokieness taste together with yeast is realy interesting. I hope usually it’s better.

Bottle@Home. A pretty clean Smoked beer. Not too bad but rather thin. If it only had a little bit more body.

Bottle @ Torben Mathews smagning 2012-11-21. Pours hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is yoghurt, some cold smoked leg of lamb, hints of fennel and spearmint. Taste is light sour. Body is watery but fresh with good carbonation. Finish is cold smoked meat.
