0,5 l bottle as a gift.
Poured clear nutbrown with a small offwhite head. Aroma of yeast, nut and some caramel, light fruits, green apple. Caramel, fruity ale character with hops in the flavor, easy carbonation, dry aftertaste. Ok simple of the style but not a very exciting one.

Aroma: caramel, toast, grass, floral; Appearance: dark amber, clear, small long-lasting off-white foam; Taste: medium-strong bitterness, light sweetness, generally malty in character but with hoppy bitterness; Palate: rather full bodied, quite thick feel, soft(+) carbonation, quite long bitter finish; Overall: very good in every way, highly drinkable

Majek (80) - Ząbki, POLAND - JAN 25, 2013
UPDATED: JAN 27, 2013 Head is medium, carbonation is very soft (typical for ESB). Aroma and taste is malty, light caramelly well balanced by hops (earthy and resinous). I found minimal ashy flavour in aftertaste (but it?s acceptable). Finish is well-bittered and very long. Real good and extremely drinkable ESB!

ElDesmadre (934) - Mikołów, POLAND - NOV 23, 2012
Bottle. A classic English bitter. Toasted, caramelly malt blended with grassy, earthy and floral hops, garnished with some esters resembling ripe red apples and to a lesser extent redcurrant. Hints of toffee as the beer warms. Hearty, full bodied, malty taste, slightly fruity flavour, a strong yet not overwhelming bitterness and a hoppy-fruity aftertaste. Flawless ESB, plain and simple.
