Bottle. Low fluffy off-white lasting head. Hazy dark brown body. Mild and sweet dried fruit roasted malt aroma. Sweet roasted malt caramel liquorice flavor. Low carbonation. Long sweet finish.

Pours brown with a beige head. Aroma is dry roasted malt, grass and pine. Flavour is roasted malt, dry, chocolate, grass and pine.

Bottle@Home. The flavours are right in between a Schwarzbier and a Dunkel. Not bad but boring.

Bottle @ Torben Mathews smagning 2012-11-21. Pours black with medium foamy white head. Aroma is blue berry muffin, vanilla, milk and hints of chocolate. Taste is light sweet and light sour. Body is watery with lively carbonation. Finish is toffee, something roasted (??) and chalky.

Light body, coffee milk chocolate, little bitterness. Easy drinking black lager.

Deep brown beer with a nice creamy tan-beige head. Aroma of sourish yeast, roasted malt, light coffee. Medium bodied lager with coffee, some sourish yeast, dry mouthfeel with some coffeegrounds.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear dark brown - white head. Ryebread, roasted, nutty, red berries, licorice notes, yeasty, high malty, light hoppy, caramel, grainy.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of straw, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of bread, caramel, malt, and a bit of fruits, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear red-brown coloured with a small off-white head. Malty aroma of hay, grain and caramel. Malty flavour of caramel, grass and hops with notes of bread. Sweet finish.

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting. Huge creamy head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, caramel and hops.
