Black with beige head. Aroma is mostly pine, little bit of citruses and coffee too. It has sticky, oily mouthfeel. Rather high sweetness harmonizes with sharp bitterness which makes this beer very drinkable.

Tap@Taphouse, CPH - dark brown pour with beige head. Aroma and taste is roasted malty, toasty nutty, some citrus notes. Ok.

Dark brown body with stable head. Surprisingly bitter, unrefined but interesting and tasty malts, heavily simple hopped. Very tasty, fits me well! (50cl bottle at The Market Valencia)

Tap, Taphouse. Murky brown, creamy offwhite head. Lemon balm aroma...! Flavour has instant bitterness, more lemon balm, hops, with a solid malty background. Unexpected, but nice.

Tap @Taphouse, Cph. Pours dark brown with a lovely, staying, creamy, beige head. Aroma has chocolate, light licorice, some citrus, a touch of smoke. Low carbonation, fat and very creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of licorice, salty, dark chocolate, cocoa nibs harsh bitterness. A bit watery even if it finishes creamy? Weird.

500ml bottle. Wine glass. Dark brown color headed by tan foam, close crown & a wide ring on sides. Caramel, slight roasted hints, molasses, prune & subtle toasted chocolate cookies to the nose. Fresh & citric bitter upfront. Medium to high body. Moderate carbonation. Oily to watery texture, dried & silky mouthfeel. Roasted, black bread & light peppery flavors, slight piney hues & some bitter chocolate on the back rounded by increasing resinous notes resolve in a long bitter finish. Dried aftertaste shows wood & toasted hazelnut touches. Easy drinkable & well balanced. Nice spot of the Style.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of ElDesmadre, shared with CanCrusher. Murky dark brown color with medium creamy light brown head and some particles floating. Aroma reminds me of rabbit stabble with stale grass mixed with rabbit poops. But, bleieve me, it’s not so annoying as it seems :) Other aromas are more floral and fruity with peach and tropical fruits. Taste starts with rich and sweet maltiness, following is mildly roasted, fruity and with notes of licorice. This one is quite mouthcoating with bitter finis and long aftertaste. Full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. That would be perfect match for pairing with rabbit meat :)

On tap at Taphouse, Cph. Dark brown colour with a small, creamy off-white head. Roasted aroma with citrus, chocolate, caramel, liquorice, a spiced note from rye, some earthy notes and fruits. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Rather creamy and filling for a 5.3 % alc. beer. Dry, roasted finish with chocolate, coffee and fruits. Nice B-IPA.

50cl bottle. Pours very hazy dark brown with a lightly beige head. Quite hoppy aroma with lots of malt and notes of rye. Fruity notes with dominating citrus and hints of pine, spices and just hints of roast. Moderate to medium sweet, rich on flavour and nice bitterness. Different BIPA, but tasty.
