COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION This Belgian IPA is a light bodied variation of an India Pale Ale. It is brewed using the best continental grains from Belgium and Patrick’s favorite variety of hops from the United States. The citrus aroma gives way to a smooth lingering bitterness backed by a subtle Belgian fruitiness. Brewed with a yeast strain from the Flanders region of Belgium this Belgian IPA not only has the Belgian ester profile but also finishes relatively dry for the style. -Each keg dry hopped with 1 lb of Cluster hops.
