Collaboration with Tired Hands Brewing Company. This 8% imperial IPA was brewed with fresh lime zest and juice as well as Simcoe and Amarillo hops. A great beer for all things summer.

Bottle. Pour is hazy yellow with lots of floaties and a small white head. Aroma and flavor are bursting with citrus notes of mango, passion fruit, and grapefruit. A nice spicy, crisp finish with a lightly sweet malt note. Lime not overly apparent but citrus dominates for sure. Really nice beer.

Pours a cloudy orange with a fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus and lime. Taste is of bitter grapefruit. Medium mouth feel with medium high carbonation. Definitely has the style of both breweries in one beer.

Bomber via Archer Liquors, Chicago, pours a yellow lime color with a small white head. Nose is fresh lemon line, very fragrant and aromatic. Taste is light and quite citrusy and not all that bitter. Very drinkable ! Finish ends on the same tasting notes with a mild lingering. Delicious ! Quaff Score 8/ 10

Pours a hazy golden with a white head and nice pleasant aroma of lime and fresh hops. Taste is delicious, nice distinct lime notes on the palate with hops, tropical fruits, citrus, and mango notes leading to a dry finish. Nice DIPA with a lot of flavor

A: Pale golden color with a nice head that lingers a bit. S: Some interesting lemon/lime peel notes with some slight pineapple and plastic. T: Upfront a light tart lemon/lime juice that has light minty taste and mouth feel. . Sorachi Ace and lime definitely apparent but are in a nice balance. Could drink this a lot during the summer months. M: Crisp and delightful with a minty mouth feel and feeling on the lips. O: Really enjoy this beer and hope to see them brew this again this summer and enjoy it outside by the pool or something.

Bottle from archer liquors. Holy simcoe nose to this beast! Very limey and grapefruit in the sniffer. Pours a hazy yellow with minimal white head. Taste is initially very limey and almost offensive. As I drink it, the lime is definitely there more than I would like. Seems to actually detract from the hops. Not overly bitter and a solid malt presence without being sweet. A slight alcohol burn in the finish. Iím sure by the end of the bottle I will love it but I think the line could just be toned down and not advertised. Actually. Just nix the lime.

An interesting and satisfyingly refreshing Imperial IPA from the underrated Pipeworks Brewing Co.. The lime is potent, but the backend allows some nice hops to come through with a little of the alcohol. Very nice, but very hard to find.

Appearance: Pours a bright yellow gold with a soapy head.

Aroma: Huge lime lollipop and pine.

Taste: Bitter lime zest, pine. A little tart. Spicy malt. Very close to lime aid territory. Alcohol is well hidden.

Mouthfeel: Low carb. Full bodied.

Overall: A very fun, non-offensive tasty experience. The lime is the star of this show as you can tell by my notes. It didnít seem gimmicky or artificial, and tasted nothing like a Mexican beer with lime in it, just to be clear.
