Almost crystal clear pour with a nice foamy white head. The smell is citrus zest, yeasty spice, and subtle pale malt. The flavor is again spicy and phenolic with a nice bit of orange zest. A bitterness initially hits and mellows out as you go, it is pleasant and floral. It is a very zippy and effervescent brew, would be a great summer beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of light grain and grass with a strong note of orange peel and an underlying light yeast. Flavor starts with light orange peel and earthy sweet grain and is joined by a nice light grass note in the finish. Drinkable.

Bottle and served in PW snifter: Pours a clean straw hue with a small but mostly lasting head and spotty lace. The aroma has notes of pils and biscuity malts, orange and kaffir lime zest, some grassy and herbal hops with a touch of banana esters from the yeast. The taste is surprisingly more bitter than I expected. Nice smooth pale malt background with just a hint of the citrus zest. The mouth feel is light and vibrant has expected from this genre of beer. The metallic like finish does distract. I would have liked to see just a tad more citric and yeast character but overall I like what they tried to do here.

22 oz bottle from Printers Row (Chicago, IL). Been very excited for this collab, especially as it’s a smaller beer. Pours a rich hazy golden yellow hue, touches of mellow orange glow, a good haziness. Frothy brighter white head atop is a nice layer, laces well as it sticks around as a small film. Aromas offer yeasty spice, bread dough and gentle estery fruit. Lively citrus rind, orange juice, lemon, grass. Bread dough, straw, and pale grainy malts. A gentle funkiness, yeasty elements with a touch of coriander, touches of pear, citrus, and yeast live on. Initial offers a gentle body, touches of dryness, rind, dry grainy malts, dough, crackers. Dry grassy and earthy hops, gentle spice and yeast. Middle shows some more rind, citrusy lemon and orange, straw, and gentle dough. A lighter body, more dry through the whole beer, remaining light and session worthy. More dry and citrusy rind finish, gentle spice, yeast, touches of lotion and straw, dry bready malts. Dryness, yeast, gentle doughy malts, dry straw, gentle yeast and more rind. Gentle citrus juice, more dry without the bigger sweet fruit and malt body. Earthy hops, gentle yeast, richer rind with a smaller maltbill that makes this too drinkable. Good flavors, nose is a bit stinky off the bat but settles out as it sits. Pretty nice offering here. Citrus zest and oils linger, dry and prickly, after you get into it further

Aroma is citrus/lemon, yeast and an undercurrent of malts. The flavor is citrus (a hint of pulp to it in the texture), slightly sweet malts and a tart finish. Very drinkable.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a very pale light yellow with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, dry strong citrus and mild hay. Some light floral and citrus hops. Flavor is dry, with touches of fruity yeast and citrus. I get some juicyfruit gum, mild floral and herbal notes. Light body with zesty carbonation. Finishes light and dry, lots of citrus. Nice.

Bottle from the guys. Thanks! Pours a lightly hazed pale gold with a fluffy white head. Nose is really nice. Light white pepper notes with some candy and herbal hops. Clean malt notes. On tasting, lightly sweet with a crisp finish. Belgian character is present but on the lighter end. Some vanilla and pepper. Moderate bitterness. Super drinkable and a great table beer.
