22oz. Bottle
Appearance - Hazy yellow, creamy head
Aroma - Floral hops, orange peel, aloe
Taste - Grapefruit, flower, sprite, yeast

This reminded me of Orval quite a bit. The citrus zest really gave off a tropical quality with bitter Belgian influences. Thanks for sharing this one, OmegaX.

Cool brew here. Thanks for the hookup, playa. Poured out a slightly hazy yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma is big lemon and citrus, like sprite, with some yeast and bread. Lightly spicy. A bit soapy. Flavor is big citrus, lemon/lime, some light bread and Belgian yeast, spice. Good stuff.

Bottle. Pours a deep hazy golden with a tan soapy white head. Citrus and lemongrass aroma with a sweet floral flavor. Highly carbonated. Good beer.

Yellow cloudy pour. Some citrius. A touch of belgian yeast and spices. Very light. Has some funky sawdust taste on the back end that reminds me of a pilsner. Not my style.

22 oz. bottle served in a Pipeworks snifter. The batch # spot is blank on the bottle. A: Pours a hazy yellowish color with a quick dissolving white head forming on the pour. As it subsides it leaves some soapy lace. S: Some lemony flavors with a little Belgian yeast. Slightly spicy with some grainy and bready malts. A touch of sweetness as well. T: Lemon candy with some citrus zest. Slightly sweet bready malts with some Belgian yeast. A little phenolic with some light spice as well. A clean finish. M: Nice drinkability. Light bodied with some medium carbonation levels. Goes down quick, easy and clean. O: A nice sessionable Belgian-style pale ale. Nothing jumps out as being crazy to draw you in, just pretty standard overall with some nice citrus zest. Serving type: bottle

Hazy gold with a huge, lasting head. The aroma is very phenolic, with very mild citrus and light esters. The flavor is similar, with more the the dirty side of Belgian yeast standing out. Highly carbonated, with a very dry finish.

Bomber. Pours a hazy pale straw color. Little in the way of head, and what there was dissipated quickly. Nose is Belgian yeastiness. Mouth is thin, with a front load of yeasty spice, then some bitterness (like lemon peels with the pith still attached), then basically a slightly more assertive Pilsner. Not bad, but I expect a bit more from P-Dubs and especially in a colab... this is, after all, partly one of 18th Street’s inaugural offerings. Swing for the fences for God’s sake!

Pours a very pale straw color with a huge white head with good lacing. Smell is light citrus and a small amount of grain. Taste is phenolic with some citrus pith. Very dry. Mouthfeel is light with high carbonation.

2013 bomber to a tulip glass. Pours a light hazy yellow. Aroma is light orange and grain. Taste is slightly orange with band aid taking the forefront. Medicinal and dry. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Another solid offering from Pipeworks- the more I taste from them the more impressed I get. This Belgian ale is an interesting offering, with yeasty and basement aromas on the nose. Pours medium yellow with a nice white foamy top, rather sticky and with great retention. At a sessionable ABV, I could have enjoyed this all evening.
