3.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured out of the bottle into a glass. Firm hoppy aroma with malty roast mixed in as well. Great looking beer in the glass! Solid 2 finger head that quickly dissipates. Taste was solid, nothing crazy awesome but very solid. Overall very good beer, would have again, wouldn’t order again though.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Crushed bomber with Honkeybra. Deep red pour with a fluffy white head. Dank, hoppy aroma with an annoying amount of diacetyl. Flavor is hoppy but blanketed by diacetyl and some oxidation. Decent but gotta try it again.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A : Beautifully clear and reddish brown color with a nice white head with a lingering head.
S: Faint smells of citrus with some toffee and pine with some caramel toasty bready notes on the backend. Smell doesn’t blow you away in intensity but what I can get smells great.
T: You get some citrus upfront with some piney notes, but for the most part it has a dark caramel raisin flavor with some sweetness.
M: Nice mouthfeel, however pretty sweet.
O: Overall, I like it. With amber ales they can be overly sweet and way too caramel forward but with this one you a nice balance with it and a slight hoppy flavor upfront.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, batch 311, thanks to csteele2144! Pours hazy red amber, large beige creamy head, dissipates with nice lacing Aroma is citrus, passion fruit, pine, caramel. Flavor is the same, spruce, citrus, a bit dank. Medium sweet, light plus bitter, lingering to finish. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. A tad buttery, perhaps. Pretty nice overall.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Rusty yellow color. Not too dark. Very hoppy aroma and taste. Citrus floral and pine. Slight red malt by not as my has most imperial reds. More of an imperial IPA with a hint of red.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Deep reddish hued caramel, HUGE frothy tannish head, nice lacing. Whole wheat breadiness, silght citrus peel and pith, a touch of caramel. Honeycomb cereal and biscuit on the tongue. Needs more hop to counteract this nearly cloying sweetness. As it warms the hops come out a bit more. Seems like an Imperial Amber. Bready, citrus peel and pith, a touch candied. Body and mouthfeel are moderate. Musty tea like hops on the finish, slight caramel, a little bready. A bit better than average I musty say, but nothing crazy. Thanks Kevin!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
22oz bottle, shared by DanielCoor. Batch 142. Hazy darker red/orange color. Thin khaki head, some lace. Bigger body, lighter, smooth, kind of lightly soft carbonation. Lightly dry in the finish. Nice spicy hop, tropical fruit, toasty malt, light caramel candy. Hint of chocolate; toffee. Tropical fruit punch type flavors. It’s all good, but flavor is a little light, especially for 8.5%. On the plus side, body is a little lighter than that ABV suggests too, it drinks like 7.5%. Moderate sweet, moderate bitter taste. Solid imperial red ale.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
22oz bottle in a tulip. Pours amber/brown with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of citrusy and resinous hops plus a food amount of caramel and light cereal from the malts. Flavor the same with a nice blend of both. Average to smooth texture. Something about most imperial reds just doesn’t do it for me, but I like the hops on this one.
