Chris shared this following the GTMW festival, pours a dark amber red with an off white head, aroma has a hint of citrus and tropical fruit but is well balanced, the flavor has a hoppy front end with a nice amount of fruit and citrus, nice stuff.

3.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber, admittedly a bit old (from the clearance shelf - I just don’t like paying the big $$$ for Pipeworks bombers) but not overly so. Murky dark amber color with not much of a head. Aroma of wet brown paper towel, which was off-putting, but that was the low-point. Taste is typical red ale malt, citrus rind and grapefruit hops. Very nicely balanced. The bitter aftertaste lasts a very, very long time, clinging to your tongue. Palate is "thick" as expected from an Imperial ale. Extremely good.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Batch 603 - Pours a deep dark red with an off white head. Aroma starts of with lots of malt and a sweet citrus smell. Taste starts off with piney, resin bitterness a lot like a DIPA. Overall a real good and hoppy ale.

22 oz Bottle. Tasted on 3/17/15. Bottle from West Lakeview Liquor. Batch #603 drank from a Teku Glass. Aroma has a slight sweetness with medium hops. Taste is smooth for 9% with a good hop bitterness. Very easy to drink for the ABV.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy brownish red with a thick foam head that laces my glass as it dissipates. The aroma is a hop evergreen with pine scents, malts, sweet carmel notes, and some fruit. Tasting, I picked up on a defined bitterness, oils from the hops, profound malted grain flavor, mild buttery toffee taste, and possibly some fruity blood orange. Overall it has good flavor and a pleasant finish, not overly bitter or long lasting.

A really great brew here. Pours a dark amber. Aromas of sweet honey malts, over ripe fruit, and some dank hop. Flavors are pine hops, sweet fruity malts, medicinal notes as well. Great stuff.
