22 oz bomber poured into a tulip glass. A- Pours a dark, murky red with a finger of tan head .... leaves some good lacing. S- herbal hops, black pepper and caramel. T- Follows the nose with loads of herbal hops, some pine.... A bit of booze is there Finish has hope and pepper. M- Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation, nice feel, with a semi-dry finish. O- A great , hop-forward ale Macklemore must be influencing these guys every day!!

Dark copper to umber color. Big fresh hops aromas in front with pine and citrus. Backdrop has some earthy grains, toffee, alcohol and licorice. Lightly sweet start, with some lightly toasted malt. Tropical fruit works its way in. Quite bitter in the middle with licorice and pine. Sticky resin in the finish that distracts and does not let the malt return. A touch unbalanced. 11/12
