3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 oz. bottle shared by alexsdad06- thanks, Brad! Pours a coffee brown color with a small beige head. Aroma of coffee, earth, dark chocolate, leaves, and some roasted malts. Flavor of coffee, roasted malts, chocolate, fudge, and molasses. Medium-bodied, with a smooth, roasty, earthy mouthfeel and low carbonation. Simple and straightforward and seems to hit the right notes. But still, something fell a little flat for me here. It just doesn’t pop like the regular Abduction, which is outstanding.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22 oz bottle shared with the group. Pours a dark cola brown to black with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor have nice roasted malt, strong coffee, some chocolate, alcohol is warming but doesn’t play much in the flavor. Solid treatment.

Bomber to snifter (shared by alexsdad06). Looks good; a dark cola with thin beige lacing. Smells solid; coffee, vanilla, chocolate, and dark malt. Tastes like it smells with a nice, smooth mouthfeel. Good beer.

The aroma doesn't fully prepare you for the even smoothness of the flavor and how beautifully it plays out through

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Great beer! Dark brown, almost black. Has a light brown head, lasting. Aroma is harmonic, mixed roasted, soft laqurice, coffee, port-wine. Flavor starts sweet, long duration, light roasted, dry coffee, soft laqurice, modereate bitter finish. Creamy texture.
